Latterly serving as Master & OIM on both dynamically positioned and conventionally moored drilling rigs. Has worked as a consultant, providing services, including MODU Towmaster and DP advisor to a number of companies and service providers including both operators and oil companies

Also has extensive experience of project planning, yard phases and FPSO conversions. Mats is also the managing director of Petrodin Offshore, operating in USA and S. America, in particularly Brasil

Holding a Class 1 FG Master Certificate, spent 26 years at sea, including 16 years in the Offshore Industry on AHTS, Dive Support and Seismic vessels. Gained extensive experience in Offshore and Dynamic Positioning operations. Came ashore in 1996 and spent 4 years as a Marine Accident Investigator before commencing independent consultancy services. Has been engaged in numerous consultancy roles, specialising in Accident Investigation, Surveying, Project Management, Safety Systems and Offshore Operations.

Stephen Wright

Holding a Diploma of Engineering in Electronic Systems and having served 14 years with the Australian Navy before going offshore. Has over 35 years experience at sea, 27 of which have been in the offshore industry. Has extensive experience as a drillship DP operator / maintainer and in electrical and electronic maintenance on FPSO’s and both DP and conventionally moored drilling rigs. Has worked as consultant surveyor for the last 6 years conducting electrical, mechanical, marine and safety equipment surveys and related projects on numerous offshore and onshore rigs.
