DMC Offshore was initially incorporated in 1997 and used as a vehicle the director’s own personal consultancy, predominantly in dynamic positioning, rig moving and vessel inspections services within the oil gas and maritime industries.

The company now has a number of staff and has developed into providing a range of services, both to operators and industry drilling and marine contractors. We particularly specialise in Dynamically Positioned drilling units, semi submersible and mono-hull. In addition we offer consultancy and operational services for a variety of offshore vessel and installations. We are able to provide support over the entire range of disciplines, Marine, Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical and Sub Sea, on a variety of vessel including construction, diving and pipelay.

The company employs a core staff of Masters, Chief Engineers and Electrical / Electronic specialists and has established operations in Singapore and Perth WA, being ideally located to serve the growing Asian and Australian markets.

Too often in the industry the term “consultant” is used for personnel who should be called “freelance” and are frequently found to be under-qualified with limited experience.

We ensure we provide staff suited to the needs of the client and the operation. Consultants who have knowledge of the task in hand, are well qualified, have practical “coal face” experience in their respective fields of expertise.
